Are You An Emotional Eater? How I Broke the Cycle

Many of us are emotional eaters. When we feel happy, sad, lonely, stressed or anxious we turn to food. We do that because we are looking for comfort and to calm our emotions. When we use food in this way, we are really abusing ourselves with food. This may be our most common reaction to life. In this video, I will share with you how I broke this cycle and how you can too.
