5 Small Daily Changes for Weight Loss

Does changing the way you eat feel overwhelming? If so, can you commit to making small changes?  Sure you can! Small changes can turn into great habits. Once you consistently make one change, start another one. Take the challenge. 

Here are 5 small changes that you can make today:

  1. Drink more water instead of high-calorie drinks like soda or juice. Water will keep your body hydrated and it will help you to feel less hunger. 
  2. Stop snacking in between meals. 
  3. Get up and move your body. Do something you like doing.

  5. Try to eat during the same time each day. This routine will help your blood sugar level to stay on an even keel as well as your energy.

    1. Hey Joanne! Yes, eating your meals about the same time each day will train your body to know when to expect to be nourished. After breakfast, I eat lunch about 4 hours later and dinner 4-5 hours later. This routine helps me to maintain a healthy weight.
