  • Go skating. Pull out your old skates or buy a new pair.
  • Take a dance class.

Challenge yourself

  • Take the stairs.
  • Increase exercise time in small increments.

Use Technology

  • Download an exercise app on your cell phone.
  • Some people like to use a Fitbit that monitors daily steps, heart rate and much more.

Journal your progress

  • Use a wall calendar to mark your days of exercise. Be sure to put your calendar in a place where you can see it daily.

However you decide to move your body, make sure it’s something you enjoy. When you enjoy what you do, you are more likely to stick with it.
