Throughout the years, I’ve been asked by those who have chosen to eat abstinently (no flour, no sugar, and no processed foods), “What kind of vegetables are you eating?” They usually ask that question because they are in a rut and looking for fresh ideas for different vegetables to incorporate into their eating plan. So, I decided to put together a series of cooking episodes, showing some of my favorite simply delicious vegetables recipes.
